CRA: the new Selectra channel for security reports
Selectra’s CRA Report procedure is now active, the channel dedicated to reporting possible security vulnerabilities and incidents related to our products with digital elements.
The new reporting procedure has been introduced in line with the operational requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the European Regulation that introduces new cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements.
The CRA procedure has been operational since 11 September 2026 and reports must be made through the dedicated European platform.
How to report a problem to Selectra
If you have identified a possible vulnerability or security issue that affects a Selectra product, please let us know through our CRA Report.
Our team will be able to take charge of the report, carry out the necessary technical checks and, when applicable, proceed with the formalities required by the CRA.
Customer collaboration is important to identify issues early and contribute to product safety.
